About Me
Hello! I'm Shannon Line and I'm a Journalist with several years experience in the communications and broadcast news field. From crafting newscasts during the height of the pandemic from my living room in Norfolk, VA... to coordinating high stakes live coverage of national news events in the control booth of CBS News Pittsburgh's 4pm newscast-- I've had the honor of seeing effective communication from every angle.

During my time in TV News, I have had the pleasure of not only creating a recurring community feature that eventually garnered financial backing for the station... I've also had the pleasure of re-crafting a prominent #1 newscast from the ground up, in an effort to engage with viewers.

I am currently transitioning from the world of broadcast news, into the thrilling field of public relations and communications. Thanks to my experience crafting compelling stories, managing crisis communications and producing high-impact content, I feel I am more than qualified to take my skills and use it to help companies and clients convey their desired message to the public.

My favorite thing about my career has consistently been working with people. Communicating with all job types, organizations and the community to ensure I am doing my entrusted duty to provide information that was not only understandable and informative, but also encouraging.

I’m excited to bring this foundation I've built over the past 5+ years to a public relations environment. More than that-- I cannot wait to learn and grow within my future career.
